Will Smith Law of attraction and hard work

Motivational Monday – Will Smith Law of attraction and hard work

In this clip is Will Smith talking about how you have to DECIDE what your outcomes are going to be.  One of the quotes he says is “2+2=4 because I chose it to be 4″  Another part of the movie he talks about how you have to be willing to work hard.  Decision alone won’t get you to where you wanna go but you MUST take action.  He uses the analogy of being on a treadmill and how there’s only two options for him on that treadmill – either he dies or you get off the treadmill first.

So you must first DECIDE what your outcome is going to be then you MUST TAKE ACTION and be WILLING TO WORK HARD NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Make Your Bed!!!

Make your Bed

How many people can honestly say they make their bed up every morning? “Come on now! put down your hand, you know you don’t!” ” just kidding!” You never know how sometimes the small chores in life, can create an impact on your mindset throughout the day. I learned this small trick from an old sales manager of mine,  I few years back I was in a bit rough patch in terms of my sales goals. I felt out of it,  a little burned out and just not focused. He pulled me in asked what was going on, just to see how I was doing and asked me the same question I just posed to all of you. I thought he was kind of crazy but, I was willing to give it a shot.

So if you feel like you’re in a rut, have lost some sizzle, try this small exercise. I guarantee results, at the very least your significant other will appreciate the gesture!

I don’t know about you but I enjoy my sleep, and one of the benefits of making your bed in the morning is it creates a sense organization for the start of your day. While you’re driving to work  you already have a good feeling that this might be a good day, just by making your bed.It also brings a sense of accomplishment to your day. If your day has not gone the way you would have wanted, and you haven’t closed on some of the deals you would have liked, wouldn’t it be nice to come home to a perfectly made bed that just looks so inviting that your bad day just goes away?

All this takes is five minutes to 10 minutes a day,and just try it for at least a week. This definitely works! Have a great Hump day everyone!

Motivational Monday Facing the Giants

Motivational Monday Facing the Giants clip.

“Giving your very best.  Giving it your best just keep going.  Don’t stop, don’t quit till you have nothing left.”

In life sometimes we tend to short change ourselves from our goals.  Before we even start a hard task we have already given up on it.  But in reality if you keep driving and give it everything you’ve got that hard task can be accomplished.  No matter what you have to do it can get done.  And when you hit a plateau or think you can’t go any further negotiate with your mind to find more strength to get through it.  It takes heart to keep going through something when everything around you is telling you to stop.

Hope you enjoyed another clip from Motivational Monday- Facing the Giants.  Use this to have a great start to your week.  Come back again for another motivational monday clip.

Facing the Giants

Monetize social media the right way

Learning how to monetize social media the right way is by far the cheapest way to make money online.  But 99% of online marketers are doing it all wrong.  Many just shove their affiliate links down people’s throats before really learning about the person.  The biggest part of social media is to be SOCIAL and make new friends and there’s where mosts online marketers get it all wrong.

In a video by Perry Belcher he said think of social media as a party.  When you are at a party you don’t go up to random people and directly shove your product down their throats do you?  Of course not cause no one will talk to you at that party.  People will lose interest to you quickly and run away from you.  There’s a process with social media and you need to get to know them first and see if what you have (product) can meet their needs or the needs of their friends.

Check out this free 17 page report valued at $97 from Perry Belcher who makes an average of $1 per month per follower and he has over 110k!!!!! The leading expert in social media

Facebook Fan or Group Pages which one??

With the explosion of facebook having more than 250 million active users and growing.  More than half log on daily if you’re doing anything on the internet and are not on facebook my question to you is WHY ARE YOU NOT ON FACEBOOK??

Although a facebook profile is great is doesn’t give you much options as a marketer to market to your audience.  That’s where facebook’s fan and group pages come in.  But then the question lies in which one do I use?

Here’s a reference on the difference on Fan Pages and Group pages

Guest Blogger on johnchow.com talks about fan pages and group pages

Erin from zencartoptimization compares the two different pages.

Matthew Loop from shudogg gives you the 4 reasons to have a facebook fan page

In my opinion using both will work best to your advantage because there are things you can do to on a group page that you can’t do in a fan page and vice versa.  At the end of the day it really is all about having a community/audience whether you use a facebook fan page or a facebook group page.

How to say optimistic in this pessimistic economy

How to say optimistic in this pessimistic economy!!

5 Things you can do right now to be more optimistic in this pessimistic economy

1. Stay away from news. All they talk about is all the negative things happening in our country. Especially CNN constanly negative news.

2. Continue reading personal development books every day. Read at least ten pages a day

3. Listen to a good personal development audio as well. Best time to listen is in your car. Brian Tracy calls your car a “university on wheels” so utilize that to the fullest.  You’d be amazed at how much audio you can listen to because of the time spent in your car

4. Surround yourself with like minded individuals. Stay away from people who are constanly complaining about everything. Have a group of people who share the same passion and goals as yourself. Have a weekly mastermind group where you and your group just share thoughts ideas and goals with each other.

5. Always know that regard less of how bad the economy is you can always change your own personal economy. No person government or group can change your personal economy only you can.

These are the 5 that I can think of if you know of anymore feel free to add to this list.

Twitter Grader- Tip Tuesdays

Here’s another fun little twitter tool that actually shows your grade and how you rank against other twitter users.

Basically all you do is input your username and after a little while twitter grader loads up and tells you your score.

I just did mine and got a score of 99.2 out of 100.  I guess I’m doing ok with this twitter grader.  But do check it out

Motivational Monday – Failure

Here’s a video for you guys on failure.  Is failure really that bad for you?  Everyone is so afraid of failing that some don’t even take action because of that fear.  This videos shows you how a bunch of the honda guys used failure as the key to their success.

“Failure is the byproduct of pushing the envelope.  When you fail, it’s not necessarily a bad thing as long as you learn from it and make something positive out of it”
