So Part two of my personal article marketing strategy was creating actual content whether you make it yourself or had someone else make it. And if you haven’t read part 2 of my strategy make sure you head there (part 2) or if you STILL haven’t read part 1 of my article marketing strategies please head to that post as well (Part 1). If you don’t do step one you can’t do step 2 and as well as this part as well. So make sure you do in sequential order to get more value out of my I’m teaching you.

So in this post I’ll be talking about Part 3 of my technique.

Article Marketing Strategy # 3 – Spinning content

Now that you have your content carefully written after doing your keyword research it is now time to spin that content. Of course you must first post it on YOUR own blog first and have the search engines index it before doing this step but I assume you already knew that. If you don’t basically all you need to do it post the article on your blog first. If you have a steady flow of traffic chances are google or the other search engines will already pick up that you have fresh content. But just to be sure I also post on my twitter and facebook that I wrote a new article. I also do a ping on pingomatic to give it that extra boost for the search engines to come check it out.

Getting your post index can take a few hours, a few days or a few weeks depending on your website. You can still spin your content you just can’t syndicate it out to other websites before your main site is indexed. You want your website to get full credit of the content and all other content made will be just a syndication of it.

(real quick if you didn’t know what spinning was. It’s taking a piece of content and rewriting it to have different variations of the same content)

There are many different ways to spin your content. You can do it by hand and use the spintax codes of {first word variation|two|three} but it can get very confusing when trying to work will all that code.

I personally use the Best Spinner to do all my spinning.

There’s the link for it for you to use.

I like to make sure that the content spun is at least in the 60% unique level so that all the syndicated content I send out there is unique and won’t flag the content as duplicate.

Here’s a few spinning tips that I like to go with for my article marketing strategy:

- 60% unique

- Spin the title at least 3 to 5 times with keywords and related keywords

- When I do a thorough spin I like to spin the paragraph first, then the spin the sentences and only then do I do a spin of the words. When you do this you give yourself a lot more different variations of the article.

When you get the best spinner it also comes with the spin wizard which is almost like an online version of the best spinner but it actually walks you through the same process I just went through with you so it makes spinning ALOT easier for you.

If you’re not a fan of spinning content because it’s boring you can always outsource that task to someone and focus your time on making content. I see people on odesk willing to do them for as cheap as 2 dollars an article or an hour!

This is part 3 of my personal article marketing strategy make sure you go here tomorrow so I can show you part 4.

<img class="size-full wp-image-463 alignleft" title="article-marketing-strategy" src="http://www.yveslanot.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/article-marketing-strategy-150x150.jpg" alt="article marketing strategy"width="150" height="150" /> My simple daily article marketing strategy

Some may say that the article marketing is dead because of the google panda update. Well I personally think it’s not even close to being dead. In fact I believe that the google panda has helped great articles get ranked. The spammy articles out there are now being ousted while the good quality content finally gets it share of good rankings. But simply writing compelling content isn’t enough these days, people need to find your content. It still needs to be in different avenues for people to find it. The term if you build it they will come doesn’t really apply especially to the internet.

I like to think of new content made on the internet as an lonely island when first made. It’s hard for people to find that island and what can you do to get found. Well you need to attract people to it. You need to build some sort of “bridge” to that island (your content). The more “bridges” you build the more people you’ll attract to your content. Think of the bridge as other places to put your content for people to go to (these places can be places like blogger, squidoo, wordpress etc.)

Now that you know the importance of article marketing I’ll share with you my simple article marketing strategy that I implement daily.

Article Marketing Strategy # 1 Research

You MUST do your keyword research. Simply targeting big keywords like internet marketing, network marketing and things of that nature isn’t going to cut it. You’ll spend a ton of time and resources to even get close to ranking with those keywords. You need to target longer tail keywords that have relations to your niche.

You can use the free keyword tool from google that shows you related keywords for your niche and also shows the amount of searches each keywords gets. Keep in mind that the google tool numbers may look a little ballooned so word of caution there.

Another thing I also look for is to see if there’s adwords ads on that search keyword when I enter it on google. This shows to me that there’s money on this keyword because people are willing to pay money to get their ads shows on this keyword.

Now if you have a little bit of money I suggest you use something called Market Samurai. It’s a very in depth keyword tool that takes google keyword tool to different levels. Not only does it have a keyword tool this also has rank checker and things like that. It’s a very helpful tool for your seo purposes.

When you target long tail keywords not only do you have less competition but you are also helping yourself with the bigger keywords since it has relevance to that keyword. For example say your keyword was “internet marketing” and you came up with a long tail keyword of internet marketing strategies for a beginner. Since your long tail has relevance to the big keyword (internet marketing) it helps you out with that. So going for long tail in the beginning is great because eventually you’ll have a ton of content with a bunch of related keywords to your “main” keyword.

This is step one of my article marketing strategy and this should not be overlooked and it’s the difference between a trickle of traffic and a flood of traffic!

What the heck is Google+? There has been plenty of buzz about the new google+ that has hit the ground running as far as social media is concerned. Google+ has accomplished great numbers in small amounts of time that many of the other social media sites have taken months to even years to hit. Look at this growth of google plus

<img class="alignleft" title="google plus" src="http://www.zurmat.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/google-plus-growth-2.jpg" alt="google plus"width="508" height="280" />

Those are staggering numbers and to think it’s still in the beta phase! It’s not officially out yet. They initially released it to a select number of people then those people were allowed to start inviting. Simply amazing!

Now why should you care about this? Well first of all Google+ is brand new and people love new things. I’m not saying drop everything and just live in google but I’m saying start spending some time with it so you’ll know how to navigate your way around this platform.

With social media this tends to happen every couple of years. Remember when myspace was cool then everyone started jumping ship and headed to facebook. So it’s only a matter of time plus Google has clearly done their homework with this one to make them a little bit different.

Here are my quick observations with Google plus that’s different from Facebook.

1. Circles.

- They have things called “circles”. Kinda of like a list but you can have different groups of people in different circles so it’s easier to differentiate your groups. I was playing around with this yesterday and you can have your updates only show up to certain groups! Think of how powerful that is if you have a group that are your internet marketing friends or prospects. You can send them targeted messages. Also think of the business owner who also has friends on his page. That business owner can now add people who have added him to different circle so he can just share his business stuff and not his personal things if he wants.

Imagine adding your new prospects to your circle of friends and you’ll know exactly who they are so they aren’t lost in your big list of friends. You can also add them as team members, the possibilities are pretty much endless with this.

2. The 1+ button.

- Very similar to the facebook like button but I feel like it has WAY more seo strength because well it’s GOOGLE! You’re friends can now +1 your content and not only does it help on Google+ but also transfers to the search engines. I’m already seeing people jump on this to use for SEO purposes. Also if someone, who is in your circle of friends, searches for a keyword with your content on it and it has be +1 you have a high chance of being in the top results for them. Now imagine having a large friend database Google+, that will definitely help.

3. Hangouts

- They have this thing called “hangouts” where you can have a video enabled group chat with a bunch of friends. This is great for having those team meetings. Haven’t really used this much but definitely looks promising.

4. Sparks

- Here you have top stories for certain niches or keywords. I typed up internet marketing and saw content that people have written in their wordpress blog. I’m sure the +1 button has something to do with getting your content on the Sparks page. Think of sparks as a social bookmarketing platform.

So there you have it. These are my quick observations of the new google+. If you know of anything else that I haven’t covered please comment below. Also if you need invited let me know!

<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-376" title="FeedDemon" src="http://www.yveslanot.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/FeedDemon_dock_icon_by_15judges.png" alt="blog commenting"width="205" height="205" />Yesterday I talked about blog commenting as a way to generate traffic for your website. Doing these comments daily over time will add up to huge surges of traffic. I also talked about a few things that you must not miss when you use blog commenting to generate traffic.

Think of your blog comments as a guest post for that website. Those of us who have websites put a lot of effort when we create content because we know others are reading our material. So we take pride in what we write and put out there. You have to think of blog commenting the same way but just that you are a guest poster on that certain blog. Having that mindset will help you make sure you write quality out there for hundreds to see.

Another point I made with blog commenting is your positioning on the comments. This generally applies to blogs that have a lot of traffic and get upwards of 25 50 to 100 comments for each post. When you comment on that blog post will make a big difference in the amount of traffic you get from it. Think of it this way. If you were position 1 and 2 for the blog comments and there were a 100 comments more people will have seen your comment. Also add value to the content and most of these people will definitely want to check out what you’ve got.

It’s it’s dam near impossible to know exactly when each blog writes new post out there. You can use rss readers but when you have 20 to 30 it can get confusing.

What I use to try to get the highest spots when blog commenting is a tool called “feed demon”. It’s a free rss reader as well but can help you categorize your different niches and different times. This free rss reader for blog commenting allows me to scroll through all the blogs that I have saved and allows me to pick which ones I want to add a blog comment on.

This saves me a lot of time instead of going to each website one by one in hopes of getting a new blog post where not very many people have commented. I’m sure there are other free rss reader tools out there to use but I personally like to use this one as it’s quick and I like how I can grouping it can do.

check out feed demon at www.feeddemon.com to download this rss reader!

<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-372" title="blog-commenting" src="http://www.yveslanot.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/blog-commenting-300x199.jpg" alt="blog commenting"width="300" height="199" />If you are like me you use the internet as an integral part for your home business. There are hundreds of new things popping up out there that at times makes it hard to keep up. With new social media sites coming up it’s a job in it’s self. Have you heard of the new Google Plus coming out. Wow! Another platform to keep an eye on but we all need to get on it as well to get some traffic. Social media is a great form of traffic.

Another form of media out there that is being used by many of your competitors and peers are blogs. All the greats have them and if you don’t have one you’re definitely missing out on leads and traffic.

Some of the “gurus” with blogs get massive amounts of traffic daily and are a great way to generate some traffic for your website. But how can that be achieved?

Well it’s pretty simple they can be achieved by merely commenting on blogs on a daily basis. But not just any comment will do either. It has to be relevant to conversion and just saying “good post” will not do nor will it attract people to click on your comment or name to know more about you. By adding value to a blog post with your comment you naturally attract people to click on your comment because they got value out of your comment and they might want to know more.

Make sure you add blog commenting to your daily traffic method as it’s a good way to generate some traffic to your site. It at times seems very mundane but if you are adding value to a blog post if gets fun. Plus what I like about it is getting interaction with other people and getting them to check me out and find out more about me and what I do. I personally like to do 5 to 10 blog comments a day from different types of blogs and blogs that just aren’t in the home business niche as well.

Another great thing with blog commenting is you build backlinks to your website which is good for your search engine rankings. Not very many blogs allow you to use your anchor text as your name but using your name will be fine cause it still counts as a vote for your website overall.

Also with blog commenting it is best to be the first few if you are on a highly trafficked website as more eyes see your comment. I remember commenting on a famous marketers website and getting 100 visitors from his site alone because I was the first commenter!

When you first begin you might only see a trickle of traffic but over time it adds up. Just imagine doing 5 daily 5 times a week for a year which equals to… 25 (a week) x 52 (weeks in a year) = 1,300 in a year. And they don’t have to be novel pieces of comments either they just have to add value to the post.

There are many other reasons why you need to use blog commenting that these are the few that I feel as important. Get a feel for doing these for at least a couple weeks so you know which comments get better results and in the end you can always outsource out to someone to do for you.

Make sure you come back tomorrow as I reveal to you a simple tool I use to watch my niche so I can get the first few spots when commenting!

<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-356" title="Facebook" src="http://www.yveslanot.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/FaceBook-Logo.png" alt="mlm strategies"width="256" height="256" />Are you currently using facebook to help grow your business on facebook? Facebook now has over 600 million and counting. More and more people are on facebook each and every day. People are on facebook more than they are checking their emails. People out there even use their phones to check their facebook. So it’s definitely a great place to grow your business. But if you read facebook’s TOS you can clearly read that facebook is meant for socializing and not meant for marketing. We must be careful how we conduct business on the website because we could get our accounts banned if we do things the wrong way. What mlm strategies can we use on facebook to ensure that we won’t get banned but at the same time get great results?

Here’s some basic mlm strategies that I use on facebook that helps me generate some business for myself.

MLM Strategy Number 1: Connect with people on facebook.

- You have to remember that the people you are talking to on the other end of the computer is a real person. For some reason some people tend to forget that very thing. I see some people out there get very robotic with their marketing and how they talk to people on facebook. Don’t treat people like a number or a lead/prospect. Talk to them like you would a friend because we all know that people do business with friends not computers.

MLM Strategy number 2: Offer value

- I see this one getting missed a lot. And NO your company is not necessarily offering value to others at first. Some people may find that spamming them. Offer people you meet on facebook with some valuable things that they would thank you for. It could be your website that has tips and techniques or some personal development stuff that they might enjoy. If you are in MLSP (if you’re not check out myleadsystem pro review) like myself offer them some free trainings that we have. Those free trainings are very valuable and they also position you as a leader.

MLM Strategy number 3: Be unique! Stand out from the masses

If you are marketing your company replicated website STOP IT! I see this almost everywhere and it simply bugs me because people think that they will get a ton of signups from it. Give people a reason to go to that site. Just because your link is up doesn’t mean people will click on it. Also you have to remember that a majority of your company is probably promoting the same website link as well. So people have already seen that website and might not want to look at it again because it’s the exact same thing.

How can you be unique? Read strategy number 2 again and use something that offers them value. Entice them to click on your links or help them solve a problem that they might have. The number one reason networkers fail in this industry is they run out of people/leads to talk to. Show them how to generate more people to talk to and you’ll naturally attract people to you because you provided – VALUE!

In closing you have to remember that facebook is like one HUGE party. There’s so much noise going on everywhere. People want to get noticed and simply posting links all the time that’s not valuable is like yelling the same crap over and over again at a party. People will just think you’re weird. Also remember this, when you are at a party you don’t go pitching your product to everyone at the party right? You qualify first before talking about that stuff right? Well you gotta do the same thing on facebook.

There are many basic mlm strategies to help grow your business on facebook but these are the ones that I use to help me in my business.

Learn how to generate mlm quality leads part 2

Yesterday I talked about how to generate mlm quality leads using paid methods. Today I will talk about how to generate them using free methods.

The other traffic category is free traffic. This tends to be everyone’s favorite because you don’t have to pay for it. One of the most known free traffic methods is content marketing/article marketing. Getting your content out there is a great way to get traffic to your website plus it’s FREE! You can also leverage that single content to article directories and you can regurgitate that content into other mediums like video, podcast, ebooks, etc.. With that one content you can syndicate out to several locations thus helping you with more traffic.

You can also use social media as a means to generate free traffic. Simply sharing to your friends or list a website can sometimes generate traffic. The quick social media sites you could be using would be facebook, twitter, myspace, linkedin. Those are the few you can use right away to generate some free traffic to help you get some mlm quality leads. The great thing about social media is you can easily connect with your prospect in those websites. It makes it a little bit easier for your prospect to find trust in you because they can put a face to what they are doing. And you know what they say “people buy from people who they know, like and trust”, so social media really bridges that gap between prospect to prospector.

Social bookmarking your content would be another way to gain traffic to help you gain more mlm quality leads. Sharing your content on places like digg delicious is a good place and if people like your content you will get more eyes as in more people will vote for your content.

Of course you can always you tribepro (make sure you check out my tribepro review if you don’t know what tribepro is) to help you syndicate your content by other people who are part of your tribe.

Other free ways to generate traffic is forum marketing. In forum marketing you join a forum that is targeted to your niche and you simply become part of that forum. You share valuable information to people and when people find value in what you share they want to know more about you.

Blog commenting is also great, but has to be done correctly and not in a way that you are just spamming other’s blogs. Just like forum marketing your comments have to be relevant to the post. Simply saying good post isn’t going to check it and you might not even see your comment on that website. I remember writing a good comment on a great marketers website and I was the first person to comment when I checked my stats for that day I saw that this website sent me almost one hundred clicks just from my comment alone!

The great thing about free traffic to generate mlm quality leads is it’s FREE! You don’t pay a single penny but you pay with your time. Unlike paid traffic free traffic takes time, sometimes articles or content that you’ve written only send you a few hits a day. Free traffic is more a long term traffic method because this kind of traffic will keep sending you traffic even after you’ve finished making the content.

Personally I like to do a combination of both to generate mlm leads for my business. I like to do some paid traffic so I always have a constant flow of traffic to my website and I like to keep writing content so that when people do opt in on my website I’ll still continue to have content for them to enjoy. Generally my method is pay to get them in to see you then keep them there with your content so they want to stay around for awhile.

What’s the story?

What kind of stories do we tell ourselves? Why is it that we choose to pick one item over another? Is coke better than pepsi? No wait, pepsi is better than coke right? I’m sure you have your own decision on which one is better. But what was the deciding factor to your pick? Was it all based on the facts about each soda that helped you pick one over another. Chances are it’s not because one is superior over another I mean they pretty much taste the same. It’s really all about the stories you tell yourself and the stories that people tell you on why you choose one thing over another. If your mind is telling you Coke is better than Pepsi what story is your mind telling you when you made that decision? Exactly!

You know that saying “facts tell and stories sell”, well that holds much truth. When we buy an info product you often get sold on the story that either the marketer is telling us or the story that we are telling ourselves. When we see something that we like we will give ourselves all the right stories so that we buy something. Often times you’ll see a sales letter with some sort of testimonial that’s about a person who might be in the same situation as you and how they went from that lifestyle into a better lifestyle based on that product. The marketers craft great stories so we buy from them.

The reason you’ll see a lot of the top income earners earning the money they make is because they are great story tellers. They know how to tell their story of their zero to hero. But at the same time these are authentic stories that they tell us. If they weren’t authentic chances are they’ll eventually get caught up in the lie and ruin all credibility especially with social media. One reason why we choose one leader over another is how we can relate to them. One person’s personal story might not resonate well with you but someone from the same company with a different story might be able to relate with you better. That’s why in a lot of conference calls and events you’ll see different people in different backgrounds telling their story because they know that not everyone can relate to one person.

So what’s your story? Everyone’s story is unique in their own right. Do you share your story with your prospects out there? When you tell your story to people out there some people will automatically get attracted to you and want to work with you and others won’t. It’s just the name of the game and you just gotta work with the willing. If you don’t tell your story you are completely missing out because there are tons of people out there that might have been in the same situation as you and they are waiting to hear a story similar to theirs and they need your help.

What do you think? comment below with your story for people to hear it out there.

Ten core commitments for internetwork marketing – Part 5 Send out one packet each week

Wow we are now in part 5 of the ten core commitments for internetwork marketing. I have you find some value in what I am sharing with you guys. Yesterday I sent out part 4 which was attending a member orientation or a fast track to success training. You can always read part four, member orientation or read the other core commitments, ten core commitments for internetwork marketing

Part 5 of the ten core commitments for internetwork marketing is to send out a long distance packet each week through the mail. Just because we are working an internetwork marketing business online is doesn’t mean we can’t use offline tactics. It doesn’t matter if you are solely online you can still use this discipline in your business. People love to receive mail that’s not their bills or junk mail. Me personally I like to receive mail, of course just not bills and credit card applications! It’s always cool for me when I get the mail and I see a brown package envelope with my name on it.

Sending out one a week may not seem like much but if you do the math that’s at least 52 packets sent out each year. I’m sure at least ONE of these packets will turn into a sign up for your primary business or product. Now say you are an over achiever and send out two a week. You are more than doubling what you may get from just sending out these each week. Here’s another example, say you only have a team of 10 but they all sent out just ONE packet a week. Doing the math you will have sent out 520 from just that team of 10. That’s not even counting the people they may have that could do the same thing.

So by now you are probably sold on sending at least one packet a week but now you ask what the heck do I send? Well you can send a variety of things to your long distance prospect. Many of you are in a nutrition company or a company that has samples that people can try out. You can send out your products samples to people and many of these samples are already made so you don’t have to do much with them just send them out. You can send your prospect a dvd overview of your company or product. If you are in MLSP you can send them the MLSP dvd. If you don’t have any of these to send you can at least send a postcard thanking them and showing them a website to check out or view. Send them something that has value for them.

Remember the key to this as well as all the other core commitments is they are easy to do BUT are also easy NOT to do.
